Notes for existing clients
When we receive your repayment from HMRC
Our system will email you immediately confirming that it has been received and you will be provided with a link to provide bank details and id so that payment can be released.
Please note that it can take up to 14 working days for us to receive any payment from the date on the p800 letter from HMRC.
If you have been notified from the HMRC that we have received a tax rebate for you but we have not contacted you please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org .
This could be for one of the following reasons
1. The email address that you provided when you signed up is incorrect. (a letter missing etc)
2. You do not check your emails
3. Our emails may be going to your spam folder
Please quote your name and your NI number when emailing us
It’s important that you claim your Rebate as soon as possible, as there are time limits in place. If you do not claim HMRC keep the money that is owed.
